Incessant snowfall has turned Khaptad into a picture-perfect winter wonderland.
Hills blanketed in white and jungles adorned by niveous trees have attracted tourists from all over, who have been flocking to the area in hordes to get an experience of their own.
Last month, Khaptad had received just seven tourists. But with the temperatures rising, and the weather becoming more suitable for travel, the number has increased significantly, says Byapak Rawal, a scout with the Khaptad National Park.
